KD Marie - Writer, Woman, Educator, Friend to the frogs.
KD’s fiction often centers on strong female characters. KD was born and raised in West Seattle, Washington. She now lives a few minutes south of Seattle in Maple Valley with her husband, spoiled cat, dog, rabbits, assorted chickens, noisy ducks and more frogs then you could shake a stick at.
KD reads a wide range of books and enjoys her yearly trip to Disneyland and Las Vegas.

Coming soon – “What I Wouldn’t Give…” – A contemporary story of a runaway who finds she is living on the streets in Seattle. The story begins after she has cleaned herself up and begins to straighten out her life. She finds herself in a world that looks down upon women with her background. Click for more info

The newcomers believe they have found a society of honest hardworking people as they are welcomed to settle on the planet, settling there to build lives, to become part of the locals’ society, to be part of something bigger than themselves.
